The Lash Lounge, a leading provider of luxury lash services, approached me to redesign their service booking flow for a responsive web experience. Their existing booking process was hindered by several pain points, including lack of visibility into service pricing and availability, confusion around service details and stylist information, and high drop-off rates as customers navigated the complex flow.

Our goal with this project was to and redesign the current matchmaking paradigms and user flows in order to provide matchmakers and singles more clarity into the historical records of their set ups, promote conversation about set ups between matchmakers and singles, increase the match success rate, and increase engagement for new and current users.

Loop Redesign

Golf clubs are one of the client's major drivers (haha, get it?) in e-commerce sales. However, there are two pathways to consider for how a user would add a golf club to their cart: golf clubs that are considered "Stock" (meaning the client typically carries these clubs and they are ready-to-ship) and golf clubs that are considered "Custom" (meaning they are shipped directly from the manufacturer and made-to-order).

Design an immersive tool that leverages 3D modeling (through an integrated partnership with Modsy) that streamlines the home-buying experience by offering potential buyers the convenience of exploring properties remotely. As well as gain clarity into and examine the details of the finishes and amenities included in the home and surrounding community, even if they may not exist yet, in order for home-buyers to make informed decisions.

In this independent study, I examined the current state of in-person and virtual music festivals in order to design an experience that better simulates the physical music festival-going experience in a semi-virtual setting by allowing users to escape their realities, socialize, and feel empowered in a physical/digital safe space.
